We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return.
Condition to Return a Product to Venum Customer Service :
We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:
- Items must be in the original packaging with attached label.
- Items must be clean and free from wear.
- Items must be unwashed.
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include the RMA form in the package. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
All returns/exchanges will be at the discretion of euro.venum.com.

Items not Allowed For Return :
We do not accept exchange or return on customer specifically designed products (specific embroidery on GI’s or belts for example.
Hygienic products will not either be replaced : mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.
Items purchased as part of a promotion (destocking, liquidation, special offers ...) can not be returned or exchanged.
